Engineering office seeks you as Project Manager (HVAC) for the heating/cooling sector

Do you enjoy developing tailor-made energy and HVAC concepts and implementing them with commitment? Does planning energy networks and large heating centers bring you joy? Do you also lead projects through all planning phases (CAD), from dimensioning to specialist construction management and coordination?

In addition to exciting project work and subject to suitable suitability, you could also (after agreement) supervise employees of the ten-member HVAC planning team.

Your tasks:

As Project Manager Heating/Cooling (a) 80-100% the following tasks await you:

• Project management and planning of heating and cooling technology systems
• Creating and implementing concepts in the various planning phases
• Creating tenders and various calculations
• Regular participation in internal and external project meetings
• Cooperation with other specialist departments through interdisciplinary teams
• Construction supervision

Your profile:

For the activity as Project Manager Heating/Cooling (a) 80-100%, ideally the following competencies are desirable:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a building services planner
• Preferably higher vocational training (HF or FH) in the field of HVAC
• Professional experience as a project manager in heating and/or cooling planning
• Hands-on mentality as well as a team- and service-oriented personality
• Exact way of working and enthusiasm for digital design and modeling
