The Kinderheim Pilgerbrunnen is a socio-pedagogical facility in the early childhood sector. Within the framework of child protection measures, it offers children a safe place temporarily or long-term. Here, children from birth to the seventh year of life are cared for in four residential groups 365 days a year. We are looking for as of 1. October 2026 an employee in the night shift 21% ## Your tasks: ### • Care of the children of a group during evening meals as well as putting them to bed with sleep rituals • Accompanying the children if they wake up during the night • Shared responsibility for waking and getting the children up, as well as support with dressing and morning hygiene • Preparing breakfast and, if necessary, accompanying the older children to kindergarten and school • Contact person for the parents • Carrying out the activities arising in the household Requirement profile: ### • Completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH or Social Pedagogue, Fachperson Betreuung Kind or Childhood Pedagogue HF • Experience in dealing with infants and toddlers • Independence, resilience and a good dose of humor We offer you: ### • Well-organized and structured framework conditions • A professional and highly motivated team within an appealing working atmosphere • A varied and challenging field of activity • A place of work with a favorable transport location • Payment according to cantonal guidelines • Working hours: from Friday at 17.00 Uhr to Saturday at 9.00 Uhr (21.30 Uhr to 6.15 Uhr on-call time).
