Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Independently lead and support complex acquisition projects in the field of software and IT services, notably managing Microsoft software, licenses, and contracts, and advising requesting services of the federal administration on public procurement issues as well as on commercial aspects related to software and licenses • Constantly analyze and develop the portfolio strategy according to market evolution, manage and monitor existing framework contracts and framework agreements, examine issues related to licensing, public procurement law, and commercial aspects in the Microsoft environment, and ensure coordination with internal services and external partners • Conduct negotiations with suppliers in the context of acquisitions, contract modifications, and claims, taking into account legal, commercial, and licensing aspects • Analyze and group the needs of the federal administration, develop economical and sustainable acquisition solutions, and coordinate collaboration with software publishers and commercial partners • Develop decision bases, reports, and analyses for internal stakeholders, and develop processes and methods related to software, license, and contract management <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a higher education institution in business administration, business informatics, or informatics, or equivalent training, as well as several years of experience in the commercial management of contracts and licenses or in the field of public procurement • Experience with contract, license, and distribution models of international software publishers, particularly with Microsoft (e.g., volume licensing programs in companies) • Experience collaborating with software publishers, resellers, or IT service providers • Talent for negotiation, structured working method and analytical mind, as well as interest in complex issues related to acquisitions, legal aspects, and consulting for customers and suppliers • Good active knowledge of at least two official languages <br /> In a few words Within the central IT procurement service of the federal administration, you will be responsible for the commercial monitoring and coordination of issues related to software and licenses, particularly those concerning Microsoft. You will carry out your activity at the interface between public procurement, contract management, requesting services, and external partners.
