Initial Situation ###

An established freight forwarding company with clear structures and direct communication is looking for reinforcement in the area of sea freight. Whether LCL, FCL or Crosstrade - you manage your shipments independently and coordinate closely with shipping lines, customers and worldwide partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Tasks ###

• organizing and processing import and export shipments via sea freight
• booking cargo space, creating transport and customs documents
• monitoring transport processes incl. status updates to customers
• communicating with customers, agents, shipping lines and customs authorities
• recording and maintaining orders in the system
• supporting internal process optimizations

Requirements ###

• completed training as a Speditionskaufmann/-frau (Freight Forwarding Agent)
• experience in the area of sea freight import and/or export
• good knowledge of processes in freight forwarding logistics
• reliable and structured way of working

IT ###

MS-Office - user knowledge

Languages ###

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good
