No. PIL-EM-TH-54902 Description ### For our customer, an established industrial company in the field of metal processing, we are looking for an experienced   Polymechanic CNC Milling (m/f/d) ###   Your Tasks ### • Responsibility for the operation and monitoring of CNC milling machines with Siemens control • Setting up and retooling machines for the processing of steel frames • Ensuring a smooth production process in your area of responsibility • Support and coordination of the deburring team in daily business • Carrying out quality controls according to specified guidelines • Participation in process optimizations and continuous improvement measures • Analysis of error sources as well as initiation of suitable corrective measures • Compliance with quality, safety, and production specifications • Willingness to work in shift operation including weekends Your Profile ### • Completed basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable training • Several years of professional experience in CNC machine operation, ideally in milling • Experience in setting up and operating CNC systems with Siemens control • Knowledge in CAM programming, preferably TopSolid, is an advantage • Ability to read and understand NC codes and technical drawings • Independent, structured, and quality-conscious way of working • Teamwork skills as well as assertiveness in the coordination of employees • Good German skills in speaking and writing We Offer ### • Modern CNC milling machines and a technically demanding working environment • Structured and comprehensive induction into processes, plants, and systems • Opportunities for professional development in the field of CNC and CAM technologies • Collegial team and close cooperation with adjacent specialist departments • Active participation in process optimizations and improvement projects • Attractive shift model with 5 days of work and 4 days off • Clear work processes and professional organization Future-proof workplace in a stable industrial environment
