In this role, you will act as a trusted finance business partner, combining strong analytical expertise with commercial acumen in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Job Description ##

• Act as finance business partner to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic and operational decisions
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial reporting, forecasts and budgets
• Perform variance analysis, profitability and cost-structure analysis
• Support long-range financial planning, investment cases and business scenarios
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and management reports
• Improve financial processes, data quality and reporting automation
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A and operational teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment

The Successful Applicant ##

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
• 4+ years of experience in Controlling / Financial Analysis / Business Controlling, ideally in a technology, digital or international environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Solid experience with forecasting, budgeting and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI) is an advantage
• Fluent English and very good German skills
• Proactive, structured and communicative personality with a business-oriented mindset
