Your main tasks:

• Leading the department employees (promoting, challenging and developing the employees incl. all employee appraisals), personnel recruitment
• Guide in the world of stories and knowledge
• Co-responsible for turnover, margin, personnel costs as well as all sales and purchasing processes
• Joint planning with superiors and the management team of all activities in the department and the subsequent independent implementation
• Responsibility for the assortment and its presentation

Your profile:

• Completed training in book or retail trade
• Min. 3 years of sales experience in retail
• Affinity for books as well as electronic media
• Sales-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality
• High service orientation and social competence
• Flexible in terms of time and mobile (workplace on the Autobahn A1)
