Heerbrugg by arrangement Your tasks <br /> • As a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will care for patients in the outpatient clinic. • Following thorough induction, you will take over the psychotherapeutic assessment, treatment, and counseling of patients and their relatives in individual and group settings. • Your varied daily work includes the entire spectrum of psychiatric clinical pictures, in which you conduct individual and multi-person conversations. • You will coordinate treatments independently, plan therapies, and perform test psychological assessments. • You will actively participate in reports, case discussions, and continuing education and maintain close exchange with other practitioners. • With the support of our secretariat, you will complete case-related documentation, write reports, and record services in the clinical information system. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have successfully completed your psychology studies and have already gained experience in outpatient or inpatient adult psychiatry. • Your psychotherapy advanced training is recognized in Switzerland and is either completed or well advanced. • You already possess the professional practice permit for psychotherapy of the Canton of St.Gallen or are willing to acquire it before starting the position. • An interest in outpatient, interdisciplinary treatment distinguishes you, whereby you always take into account the individual needs of patients and their relatives. • You are motivated to actively contribute your specialist knowledge, to develop professionally, and to help shape the future of psychiatry in St.Gallen. • You bring initiative, a sense of responsibility, and very good German language skills (mandatory C1). <br /> Your salary At a 100% workload, your gross salary is expected to be between 109'000.- and 159'000.- Swiss Francs per year.
