EasySoul is a young, growing practice for integrative psychotherapy in Balsthal. We work with adult patients from a wide spectrum of psychological distress and are well-networked regionally. In addition to classic psychotherapeutic care, we develop complementary offers such as EasySoul Flow and EasySoul Business Care to meaningfully support people in everyday life, in transitions, and in professional contexts. For the next development phase, we are looking for a federally recognized psychotherapist who combines their own therapeutic work with professional responsibility – and who wants to help shape EasySoul professionally, humanly, and structurally. At EasySoul, professional responsibility should not sound like control, but like clarity, presence, proactive thinking, and a good eye for people, processes, and development. You will work psychotherapeutically with adult patients within the framework of the prescription model (Anordnungsmodell) and simultaneously assume co-responsibility for quality, case understanding, therapy planning, and internal professional standards. A significant part of your role is the professional supervision of psychotherapists in training. You support them in their therapeutic development, contribute to case discussions, indications, reports, and quality assurance, and help ensure that our practice grows in a professionally sustainable way. Furthermore, an expanded psychosocial offering is being created step by step at EasySoul: EasySoul Flow as a practical accompaniment and stabilization offering, as well as EasySoul Business Care as an external support framework for companies and employees. If you enjoy it, you can also contribute professionally and conceptually to these areas – for example, in group offerings, transitions between therapy and everyday life, psychoeducational formats, prevention, triage, counseling, or new care models.
