Pastry Chef

In order to complete our kitchen team, Clinique Valmont is looking for a Pâtissier / Pâtissière, for a start of duty in early November 2026.

Your mission

Integrated within our brigade, you participate in the preparation and realization of desserts, pastries and various productions intended for our patients, collaborators and catering services.

You ensure the proposal of careful and high-quality achievements, while respecting the specific requirements related to a clinic environment.

Your main responsibilities

• Prepare and realize desserts, pastries and various sweet productions.
• Participate in the development and renewal of desserts and menus.
• Guarantee a constant quality of preparations and presentations.
• Adapt certain achievements to the specific dietary needs of patients.
• Respect hygiene rules, food safety and HACCP procedures.
• Ensure good organization of one's workstation as well as the monitoring of goods and stocks.
• Collaborate actively with the entire kitchen and catering team.
• Participate in the general smooth running of the service in a spirit of mutual aid and versatility.

Your profile

• Professional training in pastry, cooking or a title deemed equivalent.
• Professional experience in the field of pastry desired.
• Mastery of classic pastry techniques and interest in careful and modern cuisine.
• Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy.
• Creativity and particular attention paid to presentation.
• Good team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Respect for hygiene and quality standards.
• Experience in collective catering, hospitality or medical environment is an asset.
