Construction Manager GU/TU Zurich (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Construction Manager GU/TU (new construction) for the Zurich region with the place of employment in Opfikon. Tasks ###

What tasks await you as Construction Manager GU/TU Zurich (m/f/d)?

• As a construction manager, you lead, realize and coordinate new construction projects from the start of the project to the defect-free handover as a GU/TU
• You devise and actively manage the procurement process for subcontractors
• You manage construction sites in a team, taking into account safety, scheduling, qualitative and quantitative specifications
• You are the local hub and first point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, the client and authorities

Requirements ###

What requirements do you bring as Construction Manager GU/TU Zurich (m/f/d)?

• Dipl. Construction Manager, Technician TS, Structural Drafter or equivalent education/further training
• Several years of construction management experience in projects in the field of new construction (GU/TU)
• You possess very good German skills in spoken and written
• You are a team player, a good organizer, responsible, result-oriented, flexible, resilient, work proactively, efficiently and possess healthy assertiveness
