We achieve them according to the highest quality requirements.​ As part of a new mandate in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a: Technical Concierge Your tasks: <br /> • Daily management and ensuring the proper functioning of the building: 1st level technical maintenance (electricity, painting, locksmithing, carpentry, sanitary) • Main point of contact for occupants, service providers and managers • Regular inspections of the facilities • Routine maintenance and occasional restoration of the facilities • Management of secondary waste disposal • Monitoring of the technical operation of the building • Management of green spaces and site exteriors via service providers • Management of the Pest Control program <br /> Your profile: <br /> • CFC facility management agent, in the field of buildings or a title deemed equivalent • Several years of experience in the world of Facility Management • Knowledge in electricity, OIBT 15 an asset • Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites • Proficiency in French, English an asset • Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to manage unforeseen situations and to work in a demanding environment with stress resistance. • Sense of organization and ability to plan interventions according to operational priorities. • Ability to identify emergencies, prioritize requests and respect intervention deadlines. <br /> Ready for us?
