Health Assistants (M/F) – Home Care On behalf of one of our clients, a reference institution active in home care in the regions of Lausanne, La Côte and l’Est vaudois, we are looking for Health Assistants (M/F) – Home Care Your mission Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities. Perform basic care and ensure the comfort as well as the well-being of patients. Observe the general state of the beneficiaries and transmit the information to the nursing team. Promote staying at home while respecting the autonomy and dignity of the persons accompanied. Collaborate with the various stakeholders in the care network. Your profile Swiss Red Cross Health Assistant certificate or a title deemed equivalent. For foreign diplomas: CRS recognition mandatory. Confirmed experience of a minimum of 2 years in home care. Ability to work in a highly autonomous manner, with rigor and empathy. Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility. Driving license and personal vehicle indispensable.
