REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST [M/F/X]

Do you know real estate accounting inside out and do you want to see the other side of the software you use every day? At GARAIO REM, your agency experience becomes the engine of a tool used by management companies throughout the country. To strengthen our team in Lausanne, we are looking, immediately or by arrangement, for a real estate accounting specialist.

GARAIO REM develops a new generation real estate management software for professional agencies and management companies. Our solution covers the entire value chain, from the owner to... more than 80 employees in Berne, Zurich and Lausanne. Our French-speaking team is growing, and we want it to know the field as well as our clients.

YOUR ROLE

You bridge the gap between the profession and development.
Concretely, you:

• analyze and qualify requests from our clients and partners, in connection with our internal teams;
• write the specifications for new accounting functionalities and test them before they go into production;
• accompany agencies migrating to GARAIO REM: accounting setup, data migration, first closings;
• share your practitioner's perspective so that the software matches the reality of French-speaking management companies.

Your ideas have a direct impact: they end up in a tool used every day by management companies throughout Switzerland.

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC as a commercial employee (real estate or fiduciary branch) or equivalent training; a federal diploma (property management, finance and accounting) is an asset.
• Solid experience in real estate accounting, particularly in service charge apportionments, property closings and PPE accounting.
• You have worked with at least one real estate management software (e.g. Quorum, Rimo, Immotop, Abaimmo, Garaio REM an asset).
• You are comfortable with IT and you enjoy supporting users with patience.
• You appreciate variety and gladly take on responsibilities.
• You have French as your mother tongue and good knowledge of German, at least orally.
