Project Manager Construction Execution and Estimation (m/f/d) 80-100%

Introduction

For our client, a company in the field of construction planning and project management, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Project Manager Construction Execution and Estimation (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will accompany architecturally demanding structural engineering projects from the tender phase to the completion of warranty work. You can expect direct customer contact, modern planning methods, and plenty of room for independent action.

Tasks

• Preparation of tenders and elaboration of clear performance descriptions
• Planning of construction processes as well as coordination of work directly on site
• Control of execution quality, project costs, invoices, and deadlines
• Organization of commissioning, acceptance, and final project work
• Accompanying the final accounting as well as coordination of open warranty and defect work

Profile

• Completed training in construction with further education as a Bauleiter/in HF, technician, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in structural engineering execution or in the field of estimation
• Good understanding of tenders, cost control, and construction site organization
• Confident handling of digital tools for construction administration and project management
• Structured way of thinking, sense of responsibility, and clear assertiveness
• Very good German skills as well as professional communication with different project participants
