During your training at Raiffeisenbank Seeland, you will spend a lot of time in different teams and departments and thus get to know the diverse areas of the banking business firsthand and in a varied way. Share What awaits you? ## During your three-year training, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • receiving and directing bank customers • advising bank customers • supporting bank customers via digital channels • assisting in customer consultation • administratively preparing and processing banking transactions In the different departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either as extended basic training with EFZ or with Berufsmaturität. In addition to the classic work situations in banking, you will also participate in the following areas: • Marketing & communication • HR & talent development • Project management What do you bring with you? ## Schooling • Completed Sekundarschule with good grades • Very good German skills oral & written are mandatory, French skills are an advantage Personal • Sociable and communicative • Joy in learning • Ability to work in a team • Reliability and precise working • Open to new things Interests • Joy in everyday banking and customer contact • Interest in trends and developments in the professional field and in the industry • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
