The Stiftung SAG is a non-profit organization that carries out educational and work integration projects throughout Switzerland.

With the offerings «OKP Wattwil» and «OKP Widnau-Heerbrugg», we support job seekers in their integration into the primary labor market on behalf of the Office for Economy of the Canton of St. Gallen.

To complement our team at the Widnau location, we are looking for a (m/f/d) starting from January 2027:
Adult Educator / Coach (60 - 80%)

Tasks:
Designing and conducting educational units and processes via in-person and distance learning
Conducting individual interviews
Collaborating with the primary labor market and actively supporting participants in finding suitable practical assignments
Writing course reports as well as general course administration
Participating in quality development and quality assurance

Requirements:
You bring experience in adult education and possess the federal professional diploma (eidgenössischer Fachausweis) as an Educator or a comparable diploma in the field of education, for example a CAS.
You bring experience in conducting individual interviews and possess coaching training or are willing to complete such training alongside your employment
You are innovative, flexible, with a positive attitude and a nuanced worldview
You communicate appropriately to the situation and are interested in continuously developing your communication skills
