Nurse in home care / at 80-100% / permanent contract

The nurse intervenes at the clients' homes, with the entire population, across all age categories, requiring nursing care. The specificity of home care is linked to the unpredictability of the context, the nature and variety of situations encountered both socio-economically and environmentally as well as psycho-physically. Services are carried out autonomously, respecting the client's lifestyle, beliefs, values, culture, autonomy, and integrity.

Your missions and responsibilities

• Exercise a role as a situation referent within the framework of the home maintenance team model and act in accordance with the principles of the professional nursing code of ethics
• Provide autonomous and/or through medical delegation complete personalized nursing care, of a preventive, curative, educational, and palliative nature, to clients of all ages at home
• Organize medico-social steps, coordination, and collaboration with all stakeholders in a given client's situation, by mobilizing available resources and supervising care performed or delegated to ASSC
• Work in interdisciplinarity and interprofessionality, respecting the institutional mission and objectives
• Participate in training and research activities.
• Bachelor in nursing or training deemed equivalent
• Minimum two years of professional experience
• Knowledge of the Geneva care network
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in an interdisciplinary team
• Excellent capacity for adaptation and delegation
• Sense of responsibility and solution orientation
• Mobility indispensable (bicycle in town / walking / car / TPG).
