Location: CMS de la Grande Eau and CMS de Gryonne - Chaussy (Aigle region) Profile • You have a 120h health auxiliary certificate from the Red Cross, Nursing Assistant, Family Assistant (salary and title adaptation according to the diploma). • At least 2 years of experience desired. In home care: an asset. • Great sense of relationships, communication, and negotiation. • Proactivity, reactivity, and solution-oriented. • Polyvalence, flexibility, and adaptability. • You are dynamic, autonomous, and enjoy working in a team. • At ease with computer tools. • Driving license and car essential. • For foreign diplomas, Red Cross recognition is required or in progress.
