100%, Temporary by arrangement Winterthur, Zürich Informatics Your tasks ## • With your sales and technical skills, you will look after the shop customers • Competent and active advice regarding products and services in the areas of Mobile, Internet, TV, Security, Cloud etc. • Presenting devices and offers • Assisting in the design of the shop • Careful checking of new deliveries for quality, quantity and timely arrival • Professional preparation of goods for shipment to the distribution center • Accepting repaired devices and preparing handover, informing customers about readiness for collection • Support during inventories Our requirements ## • Completed training (EFZ/EBA) in sales or the service environment • Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics is a great advantage • Enjoyment of customer contact • Sympathetic appearance • Basic knowledge in the application of Office, Apple and Android devices • Very good German skills (C1), good English skills (B2), French skills an advantage (A2) • Team player • Communicative and reliable • Impeccable reputation • Temporary assignment for 6-12 months, with option for extension or permanent employment • Place of work: Winterthur
