About us

We are an innovative industrial company based in Switzerland, specializing in the development and production of high-quality sensors. In our Quality Assurance and Product Maintenance departments, 4 employees work daily to contribute to the quality and delivery reliability of our products.

Your Mission

You ensure that our products function smoothly in the field and in production. At the center of your work is personnel leadership as well as technical support and continuous improvement of our existing product portfolio – with a focus on quality, reliability, and efficiency. As part of the extended management team, you will actively help shape the future of Membrapor.

Your Tasks

• Creating quality assurance processes throughout the entire value chain
• Conducting internal audits with a focus on process reliability and quality [in consultation with QHSE]
• Managing complaint cases
• Defining technical internal technical documents and specifications (purchased parts)
• Managing processes in the area of change management (new materials)
• Personnel leadership of the Quality Control and Product Maintenance team of 3 - 5 employees

Your Qualities

• Degree as a chemical engineer, process engineer, or chemical laboratory technician
• Further training in personnel leadership and Lean or process management or Six Sigma
• Sound experience in quality assurance/management, experience with Business Central (ERP) is an advantage
• Building lean and goal-oriented processes, automation for small parts with a tight budget
• Ideally knowledge in electrochemical sensors, chemical production, medical technology, or precision mechanics
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills
