ISO certified, it houses 103 residents in geriatrics and late-age psychiatry. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and creative professionals wishing to invest themselves in the animation and dynamization of the residents' lives through various and enriching socio-cultural activities, within an engaged interdisciplinary team. Missions Accompany residents on a daily basis, by promoting their autonomy and active participation. Support residents in their relational, emotional, spiritual and social needs, taking into account their life history and their abilities. Create and participate in the implementation and animation of individual and collective activities. Participate in a global and interdisciplinary approach. Observe, transmit and document elements useful to daily life and the monitoring of the residents' support project. Be proactive and participate in projects relating to the development of support in collaboration with all actors in the sector. Desired Profile Smiling, organized, dynamic and positive personality knowing how to demonstrate flexibility. You know how to work in a team, but also how to demonstrate autonomy. Written and oral mastery of the French language. Confirmed training and experience in animation and support for elderly people (an asset). Driver's license (an asset). Knowledge of DIR (an asset).
