IT Technician – 100% - Temporary mission Your role As an IT Technician, you join the team of our client's Operations Center and contribute to ensuring the surveillance, control and continuity of computer systems. You play an essential role in maintaining operations, monitoring all technical and application components of the information system, participating in incident management and ensuring the proper functioning of IT services. You evolve within an operations team and collaborate with support, engineering teams and various technical stakeholders to ensure the stability and availability of the IT environment. Your mission You ensure the surveillance and control of the different components of the information system, including Compute, Storage, Network environments and applications, in order to guarantee their proper functioning. You control the proper execution of backups and ensure the follow-up of daily operations. You detect, qualify and diagnose software, hardware and system malfunctions, then ensure their transmission to the concerned support teams. You participate in incident management by evaluating their impact, applying appropriate levels of severity, ensuring communication with stakeholders and following their resolution until closure. You contribute to the restoration of services by performing documented technical tasks that allow the normal functioning of infrastructures to be restored. You participate in the administration and updating of configuration data, including the maintenance of information present in the CMDB and scheduled tasks. You accompany internal and external stakeholders during their interventions in the data centers, while ensuring compliance with procedures and directives in force. You participate in technical operations on different sites, particularly during interventions on collaboration equipment, conference rooms and peripheral equipment. You write, update and maintain the operational procedures necessary for the proper functioning of the Operations Center. Your profile Holder of a CFC or equivalent training, you have good knowledge of information systems, infrastructure and computer architecture. You possess good analytical and synthesis skills, as well as an ability to identify and solve technical problems within established procedures. You are at ease in multidisciplinary technical environments and know how to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and support teams. You rigorously apply operational procedures and know how to manage priorities while ensuring quality reporting. You demonstrate a strong sense of service, autonomy and collaborative spirit. You are recognized for your rigor, ability to take initiatives and ability to work effectively in a demanding and operationally constrained environment. You are able to evolve in a support and operations context with extended hours (2 shifts 6am to 10pm), while maintaining a high level of quality and reliability in the execution of your activities.
