Your varied tasks as a crew member include: • Friendly and fast service at the counter, in the McDrive, and throughout the entire restaurant • Careful preparation of our wide range of burgers, salads, and Co. • Regular checks for maximum cleanliness throughout the entire restaurant We offer you an exciting and multicultural working environment in which teamwork is a top priority. Our flexible working time models allow you to organize your working hours according to your personal situation. For us, employment around 50% - 80% is most ideal. As a member of GastroSuisse, we apply the collective labor agreement for gastronomy in its entirety and pay fair wages. Thanks to our training and further education programs, you can develop yourself and make a career in our restaurants. As a McDonald’s employee, you also receive a 50 percent discount on all products with us.
