Ittigen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% | What you can contribute * Lead, assist and develop a well-oiled HR services team consisting of six people * Organize and implement modern, efficient and transparent human resources management, particularly regarding personnel costs * Participate in the development of the Confederation's and the department's personnel policy, provide the instruments and bases appropriate for making personnel policy decisions and ensure that these are effectively implemented within the office * Advise managers on issues of labor law, organizational development and management; accompany them throughout the personnel cycle * Collaborate within the operational processes of personnel management What makes you unique * Federal diploma as an HR manager or equivalent training/experience in the field of HR; experience in a position of responsibility, preferably within the federal administration * Interest in personnel law and experience in the field of controlling * Ability to think in networks, strategic approach, high conceptual and writing skills * Strong social skills, advisory and communication skills * Good active knowledge of at least a second official language, passive knowledge of a third official language and good knowledge of English In a few words Driven by your initiative and your sense of communication, you organize and develop HR in collaboration with an experienced and motivated team according to a pragmatic approach.
