THE COMPANY Our client is a well-established distribution company in French-speaking Switzerland, which supplies professionals every day: artisans, companies, and industry. Its logistics platform in the Lausanne West region receives the day's orders and ships them the same evening for delivery the following morning. YOUR MISSION You are part of the evening team: you prepare and pack the orders placed during the day so that they depart on tour the same evening and arrive at customers the next morning, under the responsibility of the warehouse manager. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare customer orders using a scanner, by unit and by parcel, according to the tour order. • Prepare certain goods to measure (cutting, packaging). • Pack, label, and make parcels available to drivers and carriers. • Replenish preparation areas and report shortages. • Store end-of-day arrivals in the designated locations. • Participate in cycle counts. • Maintain the warehouse clean and tidy, sort packaging and waste. PRACTICAL CONDITIONS • Afternoon and evening schedule: start of service in the early afternoon, end of service around 10 pm, Monday to Friday. • Start date to be agreed. • Fixed position at 100 %, on-site presence in Renens. • Warehouse accessible by car and public transport, parking on site. • Safety shoes provided. REQUIRED PROFILE • At least 2 years of experience as a warehouse worker, order picker, or logistician; CFC in logistics welcome, not required. • Available 100 % for an afternoon and evening schedule until 10 pm, Monday to Friday. • Residence less than 30 minutes from Renens, means of transport for the end of service. • Spoken and read French (minimum B1) for order slips and labels. • Comfortable with the scanner and simple computer data entry. • Regular lifting of loads up to 25 kg, standing work. • Forklift license is an asset.
