As a Remote Service Engineer, you diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair EV charging systems remotely and support Field Service Engineers and customers. Apply today as a Service Coordinator and start immediately or according to your availability - your team is looking forward to meeting you!   Your new tasks • Coordination of on-site service activities, ensuring the testing and functionality of products after service, as well as defining the scope of work for Field Engineers • Diagnosis, troubleshooting, and solution of technical problems with EV charging systems via telephone, email, and remote access; contact person for Field Service Engineers and customers; management of the process from the initial troubleshooting to the final solution • Escalation and management of cases from the First Line Customer Support, accompanying these from beginning to end and ensuring first-class service • Application of creativity and technical expertise to solve complex problems remotely, ensuring a timely solution within the SLA deadlines for Key Accounts • Planning and support of on-site assignments with service partners or Field Engineers, adapting solutions to regional needs • Escalation of problems to Tier 3 Support when this is necessary to ensure the correct expertise • Guidance of First Line Customer Support teams and conducting training to empower others and strengthen the team   Your talents and experiences • Technical background: A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electromechanics, IT, or an equivalent qualification with practical experience in the maintenance or planning of electrical installations. • Communication skills: Business fluent German and English skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams.
