Your field of activity ### • In this key role as a member of the management team, you will take over the personnel and operational management of the radiology specialist staff at Zentrumsradiologie Luzern, specifically develop your employees, and create an appreciative team culture as well as a safe, efficient and patient-oriented operation • With forward-looking personnel deployment planning and the coordination of the inpatient and outpatient daily program, you will ensure, together with the specialty and modality managers, smooth examination processes, highest patient safety and excellent patient service • As a driving force, you will implement the strategic and operational goals, lead projects, accompany change processes and continuously develop offers, workflows and central SOPs, taking into account quality, economic efficiency and available resources • Working close to clinical daily life, you will participate in at least three main areas, carry out examinations and therapies according to work instructions and radiation protection regulations and engage in the training and support of students, apprentices as well as interns Your experience ### • For this responsible function, you bring a completed training as dipl.
