Real Estate Accountant - ASAP - Genève - Quorum

On behalf of our client, a real estate agency based in Genève, we are looking for a real estate accountant to autonomously manage a portfolio of buildings.

Your main missions:

• Full management of the accounting for a portfolio of managed buildings
• Monitoring of receipts (rents), supplier invoices, and payments (owners, service providers)
• Preparation of management accounts (quarterly, annual) and participation in closings
• Management of heating accounts and allocation of charges
• Management of concierge salaries and social security obligations
• Monitoring of tenant files (receipts, unpaid amounts) and coordination with managers / owners

Your profile:

• CFC commercial employee (accounting option), federal diploma an asset
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland, ideally in a real estate agency
• Good mastery of real estate accounting and management / heating accounts
• Quorum
• Rigorous, autonomous, and reliable person, with a good sense of organization and priorities
• Good interpersonal skills and analytical mindset
