Your WOW tasks: Team spirit & Leadership: You take over the technical and personnel leadership of your supply chain team at eye level. End-to-end procurement: You are responsible for the procurement of machines, accessories, cleaning agents and spare parts. Process optimization & SAP: As a key user for SAP (MM) and WPS, you keep the systems lean and efficient and control the logistics processes with a focus on quality assurance. Inventory & delivery management: You have a firm grip on the stocks. In the event of schedule shifts by the plants, you act proactively, look for solutions and communicate transparently. Partner management: You plan customer shipments in close coordination and control the interfaces to our logistics service providers. Inventories & planning: You plan, conduct and evaluate the inventory processes of all warehouses from a system perspective and support as a deputy with the planning figures (Kinaxis) as well as the article master data. Your profile for our WOW team: Foundation: A commercial or logistical basic education as well as a completed higher education in the field of supply chain or logistics. Experience & Maker mentality: You bring at least 3–5 years of sound professional experience in a comparable function in an industrial environment (supply chain management). Initial leadership experience is a plus – more important to us is your will to lead the way. System proficiency: Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 / S4HANA (Key User MM) as well as in the MS Office tools / Google Workspace. Mindset: High initiative, an analytical way of thinking and a pronounced hands-on mentality. Communication: Very good German and good English skills; French is an advantage.
