The RAV Kreuzlingen is seeking immediately or by agreement a<br /> Your tasks<br /> <br /> • Competent consulting and placement of job seekers. The goal is a rapid and sustainable reintegration into the labor market • You support the job-seeking individuals in reintegration and work with them to develop a successful application strategy • Initiation of measures that support the process back into the labor market • Insurance law tasks (education, control and sanctions) • Exchange with employers, job placement agencies and other involved institutions • General administrative tasks in connection with file management<br /> <br /> Your profile<br /> <br /> • A completed vocational training with several years of professional and life experience and a recognized further education (HR specialist certificate or social insurance) or the willingness to acquire it • High social skills, initiative and very good planning and organizational skills • Professional experience in customer consulting, placement, personnel management or personnel recruitment • Knowledge of the Swiss labor market and interest in the different professions • A skilled handling of IT tools, administrative routine and stylistically correct German language skills<br /> <br /> Our offer<br /> With us at RAV Kreuzlingen, you can expect a great team at an attractive workplace.
