Polymechanic in the field of erosion and tool maintenance (80-100%)

You will work in a team of 5-10 specialists and actively contribute your expertise to the production, processing, and maintenance of injection molding tools.

Your main tasks include:
Programming, setting up, and operating sinker EDM and wire EDM machines
Assembly and disassembly of injection molding tools
Production of mold inserts, individual components, as well as spare and wear parts for existing and new tools
Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on injection molding tools
Implementation and processing of technical changes
Technical cooperation in various projects for process optimization and the development of innovative solutions

Your profile
Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic or Toolmaker
Professional experience in toolmaking and erosion
Knowledge of plastics technology is an advantage
Practically minded, solution-oriented personality with a sense for efficient and innovative approaches
Enthusiasm for your specialist area, precise work in the thousandth of a millimeter range, and modern technologies
Manual dexterity as well as a reliable, team-oriented, and resilient way of working
High personal commitment, flexibility, and independent working
Willingness to work in two-shift operation in exceptional cases
Your language skills
Good German skills in speaking and writing
