For our customer in Zürich, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager 80 - 100% Your responsibilities: • Independent management of your own portfolio of residential properties • Point of contact for executives, tenants, janitors and external partners • Coordination of maintenance and repair work • Management of re-rentals, support for initial rentals, organization of apartment changes • Budgeting of measures, monitoring of reports, participation in annual closures • Active participation in the further development and optimization of services • Willingness for occasional evening appointments (e.g. board meetings) Your profile: • Advanced training as a real estate manager with a federal certificate of proficiency • Technical understanding and interest in maintenance and renovation projects • Secure handling of MS Office, ideally experience with Abacus • Independent, structured and service-oriented work • Positive charisma and communicative strength in dealing with members Our customer offers you a responsible and motivating work environment as well as attractive employment conditions.
