Storenmonteur (m/w/d) In this position, you are significantly responsible for ensuring that the assembly processes on the construction site run smoothly and that the products are installed in a professional manner. You take on the responsibility on site and ensure flawless quality through your technical expertise. As a link between the construction site and planning, you coordinate appointments and processes, and guarantee compliance with the highest safety standards. Your tasks • Professional assembly of all products as well as third-party products. • Exercising directive authority over B-fitters on the construction site. • Active communication with the project manager to ensure project progress. • Regular feedback to assembly management and the chief fitter. • Taking full responsibility for safety on the construction site according to training. • Correct completion and signing of reports. Qualifications Your competencies • Proven experience as a fitter, ideally with qualification as an A-fitter. • Willingness to travel with overnight stays throughout Switzerland • Leadership talent and the ability to communicate instructions clearly and effectively. • High sense of responsibility for assembly quality and occupational safety. • Organizational talent for coordinating with internal and external interfaces. • Reliability in complying with break, rest, and safety regulations.
