Junior Business Consultant (1270) Zollikofen, Schweiz (und Homeoffice) | 80-100% You can make this contribution Accompany customers in consulting mandates - from the first idea to project initialization to handover of implementation Take up, analyze and convert needs and requirements into solution proposals and decision-making bases Conduct feasibility analyses and studies Support cloud strategy and KI services consulting - from use case finding to governance Support and take over step-by-step consulting responsibility for quality assurance, validation and integration of operational solutions in BIT What makes you unique Completed vocational training (EFZ) with several years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis or requirement engineering or Bachelor's degree (FH/Uni/ETH) in business administration, computer science or a related field Basics in HERMES, BPMN, User Stories/Use Cases or comparable (or willingness to build these up in a targeted manner) Analytical thinking, high learning agility, enjoyment of collaboration in interdisciplinary teams Quick familiarization with complex administrative and IKT topics; understandable communication (written/verbal) at the specialist and management level Good active knowledge of two official languages In brief You actively shape the digital transformation of the federal administration - from cloud strategy to KI deployment. Your analyses and consulting create the basis for future-proof IKT solutions of national significance.
