Since 1973, we have been the contact partner for sales, service, and repairs of household appliances in the Oberland. With around 16 employees, short decision-making paths, and long-standing partnerships with leading manufacturers, we are among the established specialist companies in the region.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality as of immediately or by agreement as:
Service Technician Household Appliances 80–100 % (w/m)
Your tasks
Independent repair, maintenance, and revision of household appliances of all common brands
Error diagnosis on-site at the customer's location
Preparation of cost estimates, offers, and meaningful service reports
You recognize economic repair limits and advise our customers competently on sensible replacement solutions
Organization and management of your spare parts, tools, and consumables
Clarification of installation, assembly, and connection possibilities for our assembly team
Independent use and care of your modern service vehicle
What you bring with you
Completed technical training (e.g., electrical fitter, plumber, carpenter, automation technician, or comparable)
Experience in the field of household appliances or customer service
In possession of the NIV Art. 15 permit
Driver's license category B
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
Professional appearance and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
Other language skills are an advantage
