The Transplantation Center Bern at Inselspital is seeking Student Employees on an hourly wage to support data preparation in the context of the Swiss Transplant Cohort Study STCS, immediately or by agreement. The Swiss Transplant Cohort Study is a nationwide, prospective, and multicenter cohort study in which data from patients after transplantation are systematically recorded and evaluated. The goal of the study is to better understand the course after transplantations and to support clinical research in the field of transplantation medicine.

What to expect from you ##

• Preparation, review, and structuring of study data
• Cleansing and plausibility check of data sets
• Preparation of data for evaluations and reports
• Work with databases and tabular data
• Documentation of the work steps performed
• Support with further data-related tasks in the context of the STCS

• Independent and structured way of working
• Basic knowledge of database systems, ideally SQL and/or Python
• Enjoyment of data preparation and analytical work
• Networked thinking and good understanding of complex relationships
