PreSales Consultant for Managed Services (m/f/d) Develop modern Managed-Services solutions. As a PreSales Consultant, you support our sales team in the conception and presentation of tailor-made Managed-Services solutions. You analyze customer requirements, develop economic and technically sustainable solution concepts, and accompany the entire presales process until the successful handover to our Delivery teams. Your Mission Analysis of the functional and technical requirements of our customers Conception of Managed-Services solutions in the area of IT infrastructure and Digital Workplace Support of sales in the entire presales process (RFP, RFI, and RFQ) Creation of offers, target price definitions, as well as answering tenders and specifications Conducting customer presentations and customer appointments Creation of solution architectures, service concepts, and technical documentation Close cooperation with Delivery, Operations, and Service Management teams for the successful handover of projects Further development of our Managed-Services portfolio as well as evaluation of new technologies and solutions Maintenance and expansion of technical relationships with our strategic manufacturers and partners PreSales Consultant for Managed Services (m/f/d) Your tasks What you bring with you Training or studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a PreSales Consultant, Solution Architect, or in a comparable role Profound knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure and Digital Workplace Good understanding of the processes and way of working of an IT service provider Experience in the creation and presentation of solution concepts as well as the processing of tenders (RFP, RFI, RFQ) Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a structured and customer-oriented way of working Very good German and good English skills Willingness to travel for customer visits and events About us Strategic role with a lot of creative freedom Collaboration with experienced IT and Cloud specialists Flexible working hours and hybrid working Further training and certifications Modern workplaces (e.g., in the Glatt-Tower Wallisellen) Attractive additional benefits Free parking About us We are an IT system integrator and Full-Service Provider.
