Your tasks

• Creation of building permit plans as well as construction, execution, and detail plans
• Drawing creation and plan editing with ArchiCAD
• Preparation and submission of building applications and building permits to authorities
• Carrying out administrative clarifications within the framework of construction projects
• Support of project management and architects in the implementation of demanding construction projects
• Creation and maintenance of construction documentation as well as marketing documents
• Production of visualizations and presentation documents for projects
• Collaboration in the supervision and training of apprentices

Your profile

• •Completed training as a Structural Drafter EFZ specialization architecture or as an Architectural Drafter EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage
• Experience in supporting or leading projects is desirable
• Very good user knowledge in ArchiCAD
• Knowledge in the area of building applications as well as in dealing with authorities and building regulations
• Creative, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High social competence as well as pronounced communication skills
• Independent personality with a sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Interest in the supervision and training of apprentices is an advantage
