Line Leader at Packaging Plants (m/f) 100%

Your tasks

• Executing and supervising the assigned production orders in compliance with the specified manufacturing regulations
• Leading, supervising, instructing, and promoting the assigned permanent and temporary employees at the line
• Carrying out IPC controls
• GMP-compliant logging resp. documentation of the ongoing packaging/filling
• Performing material postings in the ERP system (SAP)
• Responsible for compliance with time and quantity specifications with the support of the line management
• Responsible for compliance with cleanroom and GMP requirements
• Rectifying minor malfunctions at the plants
• Monitoring orders and the material situation in cooperation with the production office
• Responsible for the induction of new permanent employees / temporary employees at the line

Our requirements

• Experience as a line leader at packaging plants (packaging, labeling, and coding) in the area of bottles/cans, preferably in a pharma, cosmetics (GMP), or food environment
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Organizational talent and assertiveness
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift) and sporadic Saturday work
• Good IT skills (plant operation, ERP systems, etc.)
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Experience with serialization is an advantage
