Your main mission will be to participate in the project phase of acquiring logistics equipment as well as ensuring series production reliability.
Design & Technical Expertise
• Participate in the concept phase of new logistics equipment (mechanical, automated, robotic) and provide business and technical expertise.
• Propose, evaluate, and qualify POCs (proof of concept) including technical tests, feasibility, and risk analyses.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical specifications: functional, mechanical, electronic, and automation requirements.
Qualification & Validation
• Develop test plans, validation protocols, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead and coordinate FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) phases with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor the commissioning, securing, and compliance of installed equipment.
Reliability
• Define performance monitoring tools (equipment KPIs, OEE, availability, technical capability).
• Analyze results and propose corrective actions or technical improvements.
Evolution of Means & Processes
• Participate in the evolution of logistics means, automated equipment, flow aid systems, MES/WMS/ERP tools.
• Lead a continuous improvement process (Lean, ergonomics, flow, securing, reliability).
• Capitalize on technical best practices and contribute to the evolution of Methods & Industrialization standards.
Your Profile
• Engineering degree or equivalent in mechanics, microtechnology, robotics, mechatronics, or industrial engineering.
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in project management for logistics equipment.
• Mastery of FAT/SAT phases, test protocols, technical validation, commissioning, and equipment qualification.
• Knowledge of industrial IT systems (ERP, WMS, MES): a significant asset.
• Natural leadership, autonomy, rigor, sense of quality, and solution orientation.
• You speak French fluently
