Job Description

• As Branch Manager, you have overall responsibility for the organization of the branch in close cooperation with the management
• Technical and financial leadership according to business administration principles
• Personnel responsibility for 8–10 employees including resource planning
• Maintenance and expansion of customer and network relationships
• Optimization of processes and workflows as well as promotion of innovations
• Project and construction management for own projects as well as technical support for the team

Requirement Profile

• Completed studies as a Civil Engineer ETH/FH, supplemented by further training in business administration is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience with high social competence
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with strong customer orientation
• Communication and motivation strength
• Enjoyment in combining strategic and operational tasks
• Interest in a long-term, responsible challenge
