What you move You develop the Operational Excellence strategy for the operations in Meilen and implement it consistently together with the relevant stakeholders within Delica You steer the Lean Transformation and anchor a sustainable improvement culture at all levels You further develop KPI and Performance Management systems and create transparency for sound decisions You lead cross-departmental transformation and improvement programs including governance and target achievement You lead a team of 4 employees and develop competencies in Lean, Operational Excellence, and data-based working What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) Field of study: in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or comparable, ideally supplemented by Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Professional experience: Several years of leadership experience as well as sound practice in Lean and Project Management and in transformation projects within the process industry.
