Where people outside are working for others, many things need to function precisely inside • You'll be responsible for contracts, entries, exits, changes, certificates, payroll administration, social insurance, debtors, creditors, payment transactions, monthly and annual closing work, trust coordination, insurance, authorities, external offices, and internal inquiries. You'll be the contact person for employees, managers, and external partners. You'll ensure that HR processes run smoothly, salaries are processed correctly, financial processes are accurate, and administrative topics don't get lost somewhere between "should we still" and "who's actually doing this?"
