Position Brief Overview

550 employees, responsible for the production of high-quality infant formula for domestic and foreign markets, shape the dynamic, highly automated working environment of the Konolfingen factory. This places high daily demands on our team regarding compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational safety. Would you also like to be part of our team?

To strengthen our Production department, we are looking for a communicative and responsible personality as a Machine Operator.

A day in the life of a Machine Operator

• Processing of milk using modern production equipment
• Carrying out raw material loading, spray drying as well as mixing, preparation and filling of powder
• Carrying out the cleaning process (CIP cleaning) as well as general cleaning work according to existing quality specifications
• Documentation of production and cleaning processes
• Activities in the line laboratory
• Readiness to work in a 4-shift operation

What makes you successful

• Successfully completed EFZ training in the food industry (Milk Technologist, Food Technologist, Baker, Cook, or similar) or other completed EFZ training with many years of experience as a machine operator in the food sector
• Good technical understanding of the production equipment
• Team-oriented and independent personality who shows initiative, reliability and commitment
• Good IT skills
• Strong awareness of safety, environment and hygiene
• Very good oral and written German skills (min. level B2), English skills are an advantage
