Site Manager 📍 Position based in Matran– Frequent travel\| 🕓 CDI – Full-time\| ✨ Key position Are you passionate about field work, team coordination, and concrete projects? 🎯 Your mission: guarantee the success of the assembly of our facades and metal structures 🛠️ Your responsibilities Operational management: Trigger the handover of the installation file with the head fitter and the project manager according to the different stages. Trigger the various deliveries to the site in collaboration with the planner and logistics. Ensure that the material is ready for the teams (J-5) and perform the control of the material leaving for the sites. Respect and control the different assembly phases in order to ensure an optimal progress of the mandate. Ensure that the work is executed in accordance with the standards and directives in force in the industry. Participate in site meetings if necessary. Plan the temporary and final handovers of structures. Hand over the complete file to the project manager, including modifications, annotations, and remarks. Team management: Ensure a good social climate and team motivation. Quality, safety and performance: Guarantee compliance with deadlines, safety procedures, and quality standards. Be a driver in the continuous improvement of field practices (feedback, standardization, methods). Ensure the proper application of PHSE procedures on the sites. 🧰 Your profile: Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the assembly of all types of metal construction elements (glass facade, door, locksmithing, staircase, glazing, etc.) Natural leadership, sense of organization, and team spirit.
