Here you'll experience a lot of action in the daily workshop routine and be right in the middle of things when it comes to service, repair, diagnosis, and promoting learners. What you do: Perform services and repairs on cars and vans with precision. Think along during fault finding and diagnosis – even with complex electronic systems. Be a technology pioneer: You bring your enthusiasm for BEV (Battery Electric Vehicles) and modern multimedia infotainment systems and constantly acquire new knowledge. Act as a workshop coach: Together with the second coach, you help learning mechanics and colleagues to grow beyond themselves and fully exploit their potential. Deployment during the tire season: You support our team committedly on Saturday tire change days during the main season. Work cleanly and of high quality – because quality counts. What you bring: Completed training as an automotive mechatronics engineer. Passion for innovation: You're passionate about new technologies, especially electromobility (BEV) and vehicle multimedia. Experience with Toyota or Suzuki is a plus, but not a must. Customer orientation, team skills, and a genuine willingness to learn. A careful, reliable way of working and flexibility for deployments on Saturdays during the tire season. Joy in further education and in mentoring learners.
