Multifunctional Operator

As part of a permanent contract, Manpower is looking on behalf of one of its clients - a prestigious watch manufacture located in the upper part of the canton of Fribourg - for a: Multifunctional Operator (M/F) Responsibilities • Perform case assembly • Perform leak tests of cases and watches • Perform aesthetic inspection (e.g. polishing, case appearance) according to quality criteria • Carry out controls related to casing, bracelet fitting and final inspection • Guarantee product conformity before release into flow • Participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes Profile • Basic module in watchmaking (or equivalent training) • Knowledge in mechanics (or equivalent), useful for understanding part / assembly interactions • Experience in aesthetic inspection (strong asset) • Experience in a production/assembly workshop is an advantage • Rigor, precision, proactivity, organizational skills • Flexibility and ability to move from one operation to another with consistency • Team spirit, versatility, open-mindedness and communication skills • Quality requirement, listening skills and attention to detail Your application: We look forward to receiving your application.
