• 14 juillet 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Chemin de Pré Fleuri 6, 1006 Lausanne Le Centre vaudois d-aide à la jeunesse (CVAJ) has for many years been running the Tremplin vers la vie active (TVA) training, provided in vocational schools in the canton of Vaud. This training accompanies apprentices in their transition to their first job: skills assessment, preparation of the application file, job search techniques and job interview training. As part of the development of our network of trainers, we are looking for experienced professionals to intervene occasionally in Vaudois vocational schools. Trainer « Tremplin vers la vie active » Your missions • Facilitate TVA training sessions for apprentices in Vaudois vocational schools • Accompany young people in identifying their values, skills, motivations and professional objectives • Advise participants in the creation and optimization of their application files (CV, cover letters, LinkedIn profile) • Prepare and facilitate job interview simulations • Raise awareness among apprentices regarding current job market trends: hidden market, ATS, networking etc. Your profile • Holder of the FSEA Certificate for Adult Trainers (required) • Recognized independent status according to Swiss AVS • Experience in group facilitation or training young adults • Current professional activity in recruitment, human resources, placement, outplacement or employment support • Excellent knowledge of the Vaudois labor market and recruitment practices • Knowledge of the vocational training field desired • Comfortable with standard IT tools, including artificial intelligence • Excellent interpersonal, pedagogical and organizational skills • Autonomy, reliability and sense of responsibility What we offer • A collaboration as an independent within an association. • Interventions planned in advance and compatible with an existing professional activity • Pedagogical materials provided by the CVAJ. • The opportunity to accompany young people in their transition between training and their first job.
