Your main tasks • Implementation, operation and continuous development of our managed services in the security field • Responsibility for several of our managed services as a service owner or deputy, based on products such as: • Microsoft Defender / Managed XDR • Trend Micro Vision One • FortiADC • Cloudflare WAF • Tenable Vulnerability Management • Netwrix Audit & Compliance • AV update and management via MECM (formerly SCCM) • Autonomous execution of internal security projects • Advising and supporting our clients on security topics • Analysis of security incidents, coordination and implementation of corrective measures • Evaluation of new security technologies and their practical applicability • Development of new security offerings in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Your strengths and knowledge • You have deep practical experience and specialized knowledge in at least one of the following areas: privileged access management (PAM), identity and access management (IAM), EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, audit and syslog solutions, web application firewalls (WAF), Cloudflare products, ISO 27001 as well as Linux and Windows security including hardening. • You work in a structured, autonomous and solution-oriented manner. • You identify risks early and find practical and economically viable solutions. • You like to proactively evolve existing processes and systems and take on responsibilities. • You are enthusiastic about developing and advancing new topics with different teams, from design to productive operation. • You have excellent German skills and good English skills. • Experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment is an advantage. • Knowledge in scripting, for example with PowerShell or Python, is a plus.
